Hi Girls,
Sorry for being out of touch last week, I had a really busy time at work, so didn't even have a minute to do nails.
Today's post is about Time Traveller, a very interesting black glitter by UNT.
I found this one on Amazon here. It seems that the brand has a wide variety of polishes in different colors. It was made and shipped from Korea.
As I already mentioned, Time Traveller has a black base and a lot of glitter, mostly silver, but also green blue and pink. 2 coats are enough for the full opacity.
Overall, this nail polish has a good quality, although it's a little chunky and is better used with top coat.

Chanel Blue Boy
Hi Everyone!
You probably have heard about this entire buzz around Chanel Les Jeans collection. It was a nice collection, but I wasn’t that impressed. The colors could be found in some other brands and Nubar Jeans collection is a good example for the chipper price.
However, there was one nail polish that haven’t been duped yet and unique enough to pay that much money – Blue Boy. Someone might disagree, but I felt in love with it since I first saw the swatches.
Blue Boy is a medium blue shade with a hint of grey.
And here's some fun:) I topped Blue Boy with Sinful Colors Frenzy - beautiful purple/blue glitter.

Sephora Myrtille Swatches
Happy Friday Everyone!
Today’s post is about Sephora Myrtille. By Sephora I mean NOT OPI by Sephora. I don’t know how many of you actually buy these tiny nail polishes. I never did until my friend got it as a birthday present. After I saw this beautiful shade, I absolutely needed to get it.
Myrtille is a blue-purple crème, very bright, almost neon. The trick about it, is that you need to see the polish to understand what do I mean describing the color. It is one of the most unique blue shades I have even seen. The polish has a surprisingly big brush and application is very convenient. 2 coats are enough for the full opacity.
NOTE: Photos do not show purple base of the polish, but the color is very close.

OPI Do you Lilac it with NFU Oh #49
It has been a while I didn't wear both of these amazing nail polishes. So, I thought why not to combine it in one mani:)
It turned out quite well. I like the contrast of pink with the light purple. I also used matte Essie top coat for more obvious flakie effect.

Deborah Lippmann Across the Universe vs. Revlon Blue Mosaic
I don’t know why I was under impression that Blue Mosaic is a dupe for DL Across the Universe.
In fact, it is not even close. Not taking into account that Across the Universe has a blue jelly base and Blue Mosaic has a clear base. The finish and the glitter particles differ significantly in shape and in color.
Pink Wednesday: Essie Need a Vacation and Wet’nWild Party of Five
Happy Wednesday Everyone!
For today’s mani I used light crème pink Need a vacation by Essie. This one really depicts my inner state…I Need a Vacation!!! Yes..please…
On top of it I used 1 coat of NYX Starry silver glitter and 1 coat of Wet’nWild party of five.

Ulta Army of 1 swatches and review
Hi Girls,
Today I’m swatching Ulta. I didn’t have many expectations as I don’t have the expectation for Sephora nail polishes, also both of them claim nail polishes to be of professional quality. However, I was very please not only with the color, but also with the quality and durability of Ulta ones.
Although the brush is not as wide as OPI or China Glaze, it’s still good enough and allows applying the polish precisely without painting cuticles as well. The durability was also good – it didn’t chip in 3 days at all. I don’t wear nail polishes more than 3 days, so I can’t really say how well it will stay on for a week or so.

Butter LONDON Bluey swatches and review
Meet Bluey, latest addition to my Butter LONDON collection.
Bluey is a pearly dark reach teal with micro-glitter. Generally, I don’t like pearl shimmer in a darker nail polishes, but this one is just perfect.
2 coats are needed for the full opacity, sometimes even 3, because the nail polish is “watery” like almost all of the Butter London shades.

Kleancolor Fuschia Holo
Happy Pink Wednesday Everyone!
This Wednesday I’m wearing OPI Sparrow Me Drama and KleanColor Fuschia Holo.
I know, I know…I also showed Sparrow Me Drama last week…but the Fuschia made this pink completely unrecognizable, so it doesn’t count:)
Fuschia Holo has a magenta base and holographic glitter in red, yellow pink and some blue. Absolutely lovely holo for pink lovers.

Nails Inc. Autumn Collection Swatches
I grabbed this wonderful set of 4 nail polishes along with the magnetic nail polish at Sephora.
I absolutely love all the shades; they are very earthy and amazing for fall and winter. I wouldn’t say that the shades are very unique, except Paddington, but they are definitely worth having in the collection.
The set includes:
- Fenchurch Street
- Paddington
- Charing Cross
- St. Pancras

Fenchurch Street is a burnt orange crème that reminds me of a pumpkin. I think it will be a very close dupe my beloved Ginger Bells from OPI (I will try to compare them later this week). This is my favorite from the Autumn Collection.
Charing Cross is a bold red. Very bright and daring color. I would compare it with Revlon Fire or Illamasqua Alarm.
Paddington is the second favorite in this collection. It’s a very dark grey shade with the hints of green and blue at the same time. It reminded me of mineral mud. This shade continues this season’s trend of earthy, dirty grey polishes.
St. Pancras – weird name for the nail polish…don’t know exactly why…but sounds weird. It’s a deep burgundy –wine color; very pretty and pigmented.
Overall, I think that this set is interesting. Although the colors are not necessarily unique, the combination of them is very trendy and definitely appropriate for fall.
P.S. I happened to have 2 similar sets, so I will give out one of those.
Stay Tuned!!

Sally Hansen Kitty, Kitty!
This weekend I tried Sally Hansen Salon Effects - Real Nail Polish Strips in Kitty,Kitty. I love leopard nail art design, but I’m not skilled enough yet to be able to do it well myself. So I figured I will just buy the strips.
There are 16 strips in the packaging and the price is around $8-$1 depending on the store. I found it a little bit pricy. Don’t get me wrong, I do buy expensive nail polish, but these strips can last you maximum 2 applications (if you have short nails). I also like to change nail polish at least 3 times a week, because I get bored of the same color or design, so there SH strips are more suitable for people who like wear nail polish for a week or so.
I do love the diversity of the designs though, including Halloween ghost strips.
Funny, but I also found it harder to apply than traditional nail polish. Maybe the second time will be much easier. I would always end up with wrinkles.

Following Fall 2011 Nude Trend with Timeless Shades: Orly Blushalicious
Hey Beauties!
I found Orly Blushalicious in my stash lately, and I thought that this nail polish that I bought at least 3 years ago is not only timeless due to the subtle and very preserved shade, but also quite trendy this Fall.
For the fans of nude and beige nail polishes Blushalicious is a definite must-have. For girls like me, who prefers more dark and rich shades, this polish will anyways be a quite nice addition.
Orly Blushalicious is anything but boring nude/beige. From the distance it might seem to be a beige crème, but in a closer look the peach/gold shimmer is apparent. This shimmer makes this polish interesting.

Pink Wednesday: OPI Peach-A-Boo over Sparrow Me Drama
Hi All,
This Wednesday I’m wearing gentle pink creme Sparrow me Drama with one coat of Peach-A-Boo for some shimmery finish.
I really like the way it turned out: shimmer top coat gives a nice flirty sparkle for a very classic subtle pink.
This is Sparrow Me Drama without the shimmer top coat.

Aquatic Blue Franken
Hey Girls,
Just a quick post. I experimented with the nail polish mixing on the weekend. The idea was to recreate Chanel Blue Boy, but it didn’t really work out. Instead, I added a little bit more blue and got a bright aquatic with slight grey undertones.

Chanel Or de Russie and Feu de Russie
Or de Russie and Feu de Russie were in my wish list for a long long time. Unfortunately, back then, I lived in Moscow and ironically this collection was sold only in one place, TSUM. When I got there…it was already sold out.
Because Moscow Collection was a limited edition, the prices on eBay are just crazy, starting from $80. Sincerely, I’m not ready to pay that much money for a bottle of nail polish. So I really did not expect to ever have neither of these beauties.
I was actually searching for vintage Chanel Cuir de Russie perfume on eBay and as a coincidence found an auction for Or de Russie and Feu de Russie starting only $22. I couldn’t believe my eyes – it was cheaper than average price for ordinary nail polishes of $29.
Luckily enough I was the only bidder…couldn’t believe that the polishes are real until I got them J
And here they are:
Or de Russie is a beautiful antique gold. It has olive and black undertones.
Feu de Russie is a black based burgundy sparkle. It has a highly pigmented formula so camera can not depict the whole beauty of this gorgeous shade.
