Tuesday Taurus by Pretty & Polished Swatches

I hope you all had a great weekend. Today I have Tuesday Taurus by Pretty & Polishes to show you. It was a limited edition nail polish released by Pretty & Polished for her birthday. I absolutely had to get it since I’m a Taurus too J

Tuesday Taurus is a sheer sky blue base with golden shimmer. It contains a lot of tiny pink glitter as well as medium purple, large pink, silver, blue and green glitter. I would recommend layering this polish over the base of the similar color. I used OPI I Don’t Give a Rotterdam.

Pretty and Polished Jawbreaker

Today I have another awesome polish from Pretty & Polished to show you guys!



Jawbreaker is somewhat similar to Party on my Yacht that I showed you last week, but yet different. It also has a white jelly base. Jawbreaker is packed with blue, purple, gold and green glitter of various sizes.

Pretty & Polished Party on my Yacht

Party on my Yacht is white jelly with tons of small green, pink, purple, blue glitter. It is quite opaque, so I didn’t use any base color. A white base also can be added for brighter effect. 

Party on my Yacht reminds me confetti J . The formula is nice. Although it’s technically a white nail polish, the application is even and streak-less.

Pretty & Polished Candy Coated

Happy Pink Wednesday everyone!

I feel like this week will be indie nail polish week J I have so many gorgeous new polishes to show you and Candy Coated is one of them.

Candy Coated is a beautiful pink crème with purple glitter. I fell in love with it the moment I saw it. I found it on Etsy where I’ve been buying a lot of my new polishes lately. I love the fact that you can find something new and fresh, yet equally, if not more beautiful than what you can get in the store. 

Another pleasant thing is the smooth formula of many custom blends. Candy Coated application is extremely smooth. It is also quite well pigmented, so I applied 2 coats.
